Questions

These terms cover your use of sloptee.store and any order you place there. The Slop Tycoon Official Store is run by quantumzone LLC, a Vermont limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, including our Shipping and Returns policies. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your bag, and we accept it when we send it into production. Until then, we may cancel an order (for example, for a pricing error, a sold-out edition or suspected fraud) and refund you in full.

We ship to US addresses only. You must be 18 or older, or order with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows your full total, including shipping and any tax, before you pay. Price changes never affect orders already placed. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Our products

Product images are digital renderings, so colors and print placement may vary slightly from the finished garment. Retired limited editions are never reprinted, and any design may be discontinued.

Returns

All sales are final, but if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace or refund it as described in our Returns policy.

Our designs

SLOP TYCOON™ is a trademark of quantumzone LLC (U.S. application Serial No. 50152447). We own the Slop Tycoon name, logo, artwork and site content. Buying a garment doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell its design.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, including by overloading it, bypassing its security, scraping it in bulk, or using it for fraud or anything illegal.

Our liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived by law.

Problems and disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at . We'll always try to make it right. Vermont law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to Vermont courts unless your local law lets you bring it where you live.

General

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the date at the top. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
